Yes. Gmail connection uses Google OAuth 2.0 – your Gmail password never reaches our servers. Daplo reads only Vinted emails (labelled or from @vinted.pl addresses). We do not modify, delete or send messages. All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and login is protected with 2FA.

Automatic tracking is available for: InPost, DHL, DPD and Orlen Paczka – all in the Free plan. Poczta Polska parcels are imported but require manual status check on the carrier's website.

In the Free plan, data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. In the Premium plan, sync runs every 5 minutes, and you can also refresh data on demand at any time.

No, never. Authorization happens directly through Google OAuth 2.0. Daplo receives a one-time access token that only allows reading messages. Your Gmail password is unknown to us and never leaves Google's servers.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is irreversible – all data (parcels, Gmail tokens, history) will be permanently removed.

You activate Premium with a one-time bank transfer of 5 €/month. You get: sync every 5 min, 30-day history, on-demand refresh, dark mode and push notifications. After the transfer clears, your account will be activated within 24 hours. Details are shown after clicking "Go Premium" and logging into the app.

Premium does not renew automatically – it's a one-time transfer for the given month. You don't need to cancel anything. No subscription, no credit card, no hidden fees.

No. Daplo supports three email sources: Gmail (OAuth 2.0, no password needed), Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 (OAuth 2.0) and any IMAP account – e.g. your own domain, company email, or local providers (IMAP available in Premium). As long as Vinted notifications land in your inbox, Daplo will pick them up.

Yes. The app is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser – no installation required. It also supports push notifications on mobile devices, so you’ll get an alert whenever a parcel changes status.

DAC7 is an EU directive requiring platforms (including Vinted) to report sellers to tax authorities when they exceed 30 transactions or €2,000 in annual revenue. Daplo automatically tracks your turnover and shows a warning as you approach the thresholds – so you won’t be caught off guard.
